Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If you received an order with an issue, please contact us by filling out the form on the 'Contact' page with the order number and description of the issue. We'll do our bests to solve the problem or offer a refund if eligible. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it - unworn or unused and its in original packaging. You'll have to provide either the receipt or proof of purchase.

Custom designs are non-refundable.
